On rare occasions, we may not able to complete your attempted order on Circle Invest. The markets for digital currencies can move quickly, and prices can change at a rapid rate. If there is a significant change in price (determined in Circle’s sole discretion) between the moment you initiate a trade and the moment you confirm the trade, the trade will not go through. When this happens, you will be notified via email that the order did not complete and you will see this reflected in your Recent Activity.

You can go ahead and attempt this order again. If there is no significant change in the price between the time of initiating a trade and confirming that trade, your order should go through!
