You authorize Circle to initiate recurring electronic payments through recurring automated clearing house (ACH) withdrawals from your linked bank account. If your Bank is unable to process any electronic ACH withdrawal, Circle will notify you of cancellation of the electronic fund transfer, and Circle may avail itself of remedies set forth in the User Agreement to recover any amount owed.
Your Recurring Buys will occur in periodic installments, based on your period selection (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly, or the 1st and 15th of every month), until either you or Circle cancels the recurring order. You must place a minimum recurring order to initiate Recurring Buys. The required minimum is displayed when you place the order and also can be found in the Help FAQ. Purchases over $10,000 per week will not be executed unless that amount or more is held in U.S. dollars in your Circle Invest account.
If you qualify for instant access, the purchase will be executed on the same day as the withdrawal request is submitted to your bank account. If you do not qualify for instant access, the purchase will be executed when your bank releases the funds, which, generally, is within 5 business days from the date of the withdrawal request. For non-instant access withdrawal requests that fall on a Circle non-business day (i.e., a weekend or federal holiday) or outside of normal bank business hours, Circle will submit the withdrawal request to the Bank on that day, but no action may be taken by the Bank until the next business day. For both instant and non-instant access transactions, Circle will randomly assign your order to a 1-hour trading window so that your trade is executed at or around the same time each period. Circle will send you a receipt and periodic statements of your transactions via email and you will be also be able to review your complete transaction history within the Circle Invest mobile app.
This authorization will remain in full force and effect until you change or pause your Recurring Buy through the settings. If you changed the settings, and we do not change or stop the withdrawal within time requirements specified by law, we will be liable for your losses or damages; however, there are some exceptions as explained in the Help FAQ. Circle may, at any time, terminate recurring transactions by providing notice to you.
